We have been working hard to improve the entry at the Olympic Stage this year! Due to a new stage position, more seats are available and we have created more entrances and exits for you.&nbsp;However, we would like to point out that certain areas of the stages only have certain capacities for security reasons. If you want to be at the front of the stage for your favorite act, we recommend to be there early. Please also consider the walkways of the Olympiapark.

Take the subway lines U3 or U8 in the direction of Moosach to Olympiazentrum.

Or from the S-Bahn stop Moosach (S1) take the U3 in the direction of the city center to Olympiazentrum. From there it is about 10 min. walk to the festival area. Attention &ndash; it can get crowded at the Olympiazentrum station!

Take the U1 line in the direction of Olympia-Einkaufszentrum to Gern station and from there to the West Entrance.

Or take the U2 line in the direction of Feldmoching to Scheidplatz, then walk for about 20 minutes to the East Entrance.

By Tram: Take streetcar lines 20 and 21 to the Olympiapark West stop or streetcar line 27 to the Petuelring stop.

There are no parking lots at the festival area. If you come by car, please use the Park &amp; Ride facilities along the U- and S-Bahn lines. The train ride is included in the ticket! We recommend the following crossings from the freeway to the railroad:

Bicycle 
We are happy about your climate-neutral journey by bike. Once you arrive at the festival site, you can park your bike on our signposted, free bike parking spaces directly at the site &ndash; we will let you know the exact location in good time here and on our site plan.

Please note that your bicycles cannot be taken onto the festival grounds.

&nbsp;

Cab 
If you want to come by cab, you can use the Parkharfe (north entrance) or the Parkdeck (east entrance), the cab drivers should know. For the return trip, there is also the exit in the south, which will take you to the cab stand in Ackermannstra&szlig;e.

&nbsp;

Fernbus 
If you travel by long-distance bus, we recommend that you get off at the ZOB stop near the main train station (HBF) and the S-Bahn station Hackerbr&uuml;cke. From there, take the U2 subway line to Scheidplatz and from there the U3 subway line to the Olympiazentrum stop.

&nbsp;

The festival grounds are open on Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to midnight.

<h3>YOUTH PROTECTION</h3>

All visitors need their own ticket. This also applies to children.&nbsp;The provisions of the Law for the Protection of Minors in Public apply on the festival grounds. 
Children under the age of 6 are not admitted to the festival.&nbsp;Children and young people between the ages of 6 and 15 are allowed to attend the concerts if accompanied by a parent or guardian. 
Children and young people under the age of 16 are only admitted to the event if accompanied by a person with parental authority or a person with parental authority. 
A person with parental authority is any person over the age of 18 who is permanently or temporarily responsible for educational tasks on the basis of an agreement with the person with parental authority (usually the parents) or who looks after a child or young person as part of education or youth welfare.&nbsp;Adolescents over the age of 16 don&#39;t need to be accompanied by a person with legal guardianship and&nbsp;have access until the end of the event.Parental guardians must carry written proof of their authorization. Please have a look at the weather forecast before the festival. The event will take place outdoors, so we strongly recommend that you bring sunscreen or a rain jacket.&nbsp; 
Due to security measures, no bags larger than DIN A4 are allowed on the premises. Fanny packs, handbags, jute bags or backpacks smaller than DIN A4 are allowed. There will be a bag check at the entrances. Therefore, please bring only what is necessary - this way we can minimize waiting times together.&nbsp; 
Please note that you cannot take your luggage or larger bags onto the festival grounds. Please leave your suitcases at home or in your hotel. There is no possibility to drop off your luggage before the entrance. 
Only exception: Families with children under 16 years, please use our family entrance. There you are allowed to bring one backpack or bag and one stroller per child. Due to the thorough controls, longer waiting times are possible there. We thank you for your understanding.

Enjoy SUPERBLOOM to the fullest - without worrying about your valuables. From now on you can rent lockers from SafeBOX, which will not only keep your valuables safe, but also charge your cell phones through built-in sockets. The entire locker system will be supervised and monitored by qualified service staff during the festival weekend until the end of the site closing time.

Please note that the lockers are located on the festival grounds, which means that you can only store things here that you are allowed to take onto the festival grounds.

Photography for private use is permitted. Only 35mm cameras without lens and cell phones with camera function are allowed on the premises. Recordings of any kind are prohibited without explicit permission from the organizer/artist.

Festival-Infos

<h3>MEDICAL CARE</h3>

On the festival area there will be paramedics on duty, who will take care of you in case of emergency. Please keep an eye out on the festival area for the medical tents and the corresponding signposting system. The exact location is marked on the site plan. If you need help, please contact the next steward/security! &nbsp;

If you are diabetic, please bring enough insulin and take care to eat the right food at the catering stands. We recommend that you notify us in advance if you are bringing your medication and that you use the barrier-free entrance so that you can check in without any problems.&nbsp;

Medical emergency&nbsp; 
In case of a medical emergency you can call 112, or go to the nearest steward. If it is a medical emergency, the paramedics on the premises will be alerted in parallel. If something seems strange to you, please do not hesitate to report it, even if you are not sure if it is really an emergency.&nbsp;

If you call 112 or report something to the paramedics, be prepared to answer the following questions:&nbsp;

	<li>Where is the patient?&nbsp;</li>
	<li>What has happened?&nbsp;</li>
	<li>How many people are injured?&nbsp;</li>
	<li>What injuries?&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Who reports (name is enough - the number gets the 112 automatically and cannot be suppressed!)?&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Wait for further inquiries!&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

 
Even without medical training you can help yourself afterwards: 
First pay attention to your own safety before you help others. If there is no danger for you, start to give first aid. Reassure - assist: Injured people are usually scared and need reassurance that help is on the way.&nbsp; 
Ask others to assist you and, if necessary, brief emergency services - an ambulance or team of paramedics will be on foot to you.&nbsp; 
Establish a visual screen so that the injured person does not feel that strangers are watching. This is an important issue for many injured people.

&nbsp;

<h3>TOGETHER</h3>

In order to make your visit to the festival a pleasant experience with lasting memories, we ask all festival visitors for tolerance, consideration, civil courage and help in emergencies. Everyone should make his or her personal contribution, because the safety and integrity of the festival visitors is above all. Therefore, the organizer and his authorized third parties have the domiciliary rights during the entire festival. The instructions of the organizer&#39;s security service must be followed.&nbsp; 
Persons wearing clothing with an inhuman, homophobic or right-wing extremist background will not be admitted to the festival grounds and will not receive a refund of their ticket. Persons who attract attention on the premises due to the above-mentioned statements or behavior will be immediately expelled from the premises without refund. &nbsp; 
 
Weather &amp; Storms:

Sun&nbsp; 
When the sky is blue and the sun is shining, it is easy to forget a few essential things:&nbsp;

	<li>Please always drink enough water to avoid dehydrating your body. Both during the day and at night. Free drinking water is available on the festival grounds. &nbsp;</li>
	<li>Put on a lot of sunscreen with a high sun protection factor.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Wear a sun hat or head covering if the sun is too intense, as well as light clothing that covers your skin.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

Rain&nbsp; 
Please check the weather forecast in the morning and dress according to the forecast.&nbsp;

Storm &amp; Thunderstorm&nbsp; 
Your safety is our first priority. In case of a storm or thunderstorm, please follow the instructions of the organizer and the stewards!&nbsp;

Behavior during thunderstorms&nbsp; 
In case of a thunderstorm, please seek sheltered areas. You will find them in the site plan. Please take care of each other and support each other!

Avoid trees and branches&nbsp; 
Please keep your distance from trees and wooded areas: Lightning can strike trees, branches can break off, fall down and cause injuries.&nbsp;

Avoid elevations, look for depressions in the ground 
If you do not manage to find a safe shelter in time, then consider the following: &nbsp;Avoid elevations or the highest points in the environment: Lightning always seeks the highest point in the environment.&nbsp; 
If possible, look for a hollow or depressions in the ground and crouch down with your feet locked.&nbsp;

Avoid the proximity of any superstructures, such as light poles, info towers, etc. on the festival grounds. Of course, we comply with all safety regulations and all structures have been approved by the relevant authorities, but a residual risk always remains. This also applies to large tents, in which we offer various services: in case of storms and thunderstorms, we ask you to leave them immediately, especially since they are usually closed first.&nbsp;

As beautiful as campfire romance may be, open fires are not allowed on the entire festival area. Dry climate and flying sparks can cause fires very quickly. &nbsp; 
If you notice open fires, like campfires, please report it to the stewards.&nbsp; 
If there is a fire, please consider your own safety first, keep calm and act decisively.&nbsp;

In case of an extreme weather situation we reserve the right to evacuate the festival area or to open it with delay for safety reasons. Should such a situation occur, we ask you by all means:&nbsp;

Superbloom is a festival for young and old. In other words, even the smallest fans and the rock stars of tomorrow are welcome here. Not only in the kids paradise MiniBloom, where music, dance, magic and many more surprises await you. There will be a lot to discover on the whole area. Here are a few information and tips for you, dear families.

<h3>Tickets</h3>

All visitors need their own ticket. The rule also applies to small children. Parents will need a printed ticket and valid ID (government-issued identity card/passport) to check in. Please make sure that adult tickets are personalised correctly and be ready to show proof of identity to verify the age of your children.

<h3>Entry</h3>

Please check in at the Family Counter only. Information about its location will follow shortly.

<h3>Controls</h3>

We ask for safety reasons that you avoid bringing large bags, prams or backpacks onto the premises. If you do so, please be prepared for a long search and inspection at the entrance.

Supervision

Your children must be supervised for the entire duration of the festival, even during the partly supervised games and workshops in the Children&rsquo;s Area. We do not provide child care.

Noise

Children&rsquo;s ears are very sensitive. Every child on the premises should have hearing protection with them and use it near the concert.

Children under the age of 6 are not allowed to enter the festival, even if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The Superbloom Festival is an event that should be open to all people equally. We strive together with Inclusion Muss Laut Sein to break down barriers and hurdles for visitors with all kinds of disabilities. This refers not only to the area, but also to the common experience of the festival. In addition to the usual measures, we at Superbloom Festival implement an extra focus theme each year.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Terrain

The Superbloom Festival takes place in the Olympiapark Munich, the event area is flat and easy to use with a wheelchair. The access routes to the grounds are also easy to use. Not all access routes to the Olympic Park are level, so many places outside the event area have inclines and declines, these are difficult to overcome without assistance or e-drive.

Help on site

Visitors to the Superbloom Festival will be assisted on site by the Service Team Inclusion. If you need any information or a helping hand, you will find the friendly BUDDIES of Inklusion Muss Laut Sein at 2 fixed locations (map). In addition, the helpers will be on the road for you on the site, you can recognize them by the green vests. You will also regularly meet the BUDDIES at the podiums of the stages.

Registration of medicines

If you bring medicines that need to be stored in a cool place, please register them early so that we can create the necessary conditions. You can register your medication at <a href="mailto:barrierefrei@superbloom.de">barrierefrei@superbloom.de</a>. In case of diabetes you are allowed to bring your pen on the festival area. Please inform the security that you need the pen, not everyone is familiar with this topic.

For prescription medications that fall under the narcotics law (cannabis), please bring a prescription from your treating physician.

Sanitary facilities

Wheelchair accessible toilets are located in several places on the event site. These are marked on the site plan, which will be published shortly before the festival. During the festival you will find signs with directions on the grounds. You can also ask the helpers of the Service Team Inclusion for directions at any time.

In case of emergency

If you don&#39;t feel well, there will be paramedics available on the premises. Also the security and the Service Team Inclusion can be contacted in case of a medical emergency, they will then arrange everything so that you are helped quickly and safely.

Drink tickets will be available in Braille. These cards will be attached to the counter for you at each booth or handed out to you upon request.&nbsp;

Information for deaf visitors

For spoken contributions and panels, sign language interpreters will be on stage. It is especially important to us that these are native speakers representing the deaf community.

If we are not able to work with enough native speakers this year, we will fill up with hearing interpreters. Nevertheless, our declared goal is to cover this beautiful language and its mediation, completely by native speakers in the coming years.

BUDDIE Service

The Hideaway - our most intimate and charming music stage - which invites you to dream and linger, floats in idyllic style directly on the Olympic Lake. The NeoNeo Stage blossoms in a new, bigger look, the SUPERBLOOM Bar is right next to an inviting picnic area and on our Ferris wheel you can enjoy the festival with a very special view!

We have been working hard to improve the entry &nbsp;at the Olympic Stage this year! Due to a new stage position, more seats are available and we have created more entrances and exits for you.&nbsp;

However, we would like to point out that certain areas of the stages only have certain capacities for security reasons. If you want to be at the front of the stage for your favorite act, we recommend to be there early. Please also consider the walkways of the Olympiapark.&nbsp;

Haltet bitte auf dem Festivalgel&auml;nde Ausschau nach den Sanit&auml;tszelten bzw. nach dem entsprechenden Wegeleitsystem und Hinweisschildern. Der genaue Standort ist im Gel&auml;ndeplan eingezeichnet. Wenn Ihr Hilfe ben&ouml;tigt, wendet Euch an den n&auml;chsten Ordner/Security!&nbsp;&nbsp;

Wenn Ihr Diabetiker seid, bringt bitte gen&uuml;gend Insulin mit und passt darauf auf, an den Catering-St&auml;nden das Richtige zu essen. Wir empfehlen die Mitnahme der Medikamente vorher anzumelden und den Barrierefreien Eingang zu nutzen, um problemlos einchecken zu k&ouml;nnen.&nbsp;

Bei einem medizinischen Notfall k&ouml;nnt Ihr Euch an die 112 wenden, oder aber geht zum n&auml;chsten Ordner. Handelt es sich um einen medizinischen Notfall, dann werden die Sanit&auml;ter auf dem Gel&auml;nde parallel alarmiert. Sollte Euch etwas komisch vorkommen, dann z&ouml;gert bitte nicht, Meldung zu machen, auch wenn Ihr Euch nicht sicher seid, ob es sich tats&auml;chlich um einen Notfall handelt.&nbsp;

Damit der Festivalbesuch ein sch&ouml;nes Erlebnis mit bleibender Erinnerung wird, bitten wir alle&nbsp;FestivalbesucherInnen&nbsp;um Toleranz, R&uuml;cksichtnahme, Zivilcourage und Hilfe in Notf&auml;llen. Jeder sollte seinen pers&ouml;nlichen Beitrag dazu leisten, denn &uuml;ber Allem steht die Sicherheit und Unversehrtheit der&nbsp;FestivalbesucherInnen. Daher liegt das Hausrecht w&auml;hrend des gesamten Festivals beim Veranstalter und seinen beauftragten Dritten. Den Weisungen des Ordnungsdienstes des Veranstalters ist unbedingt Folge zu leisten.&nbsp;

Personen, die Kleidung&nbsp;mit menschenverachtendem, homophoben oder rechtsradikalem Hintergrund&nbsp;tragen, erhalten&nbsp;keinen Zutritt&nbsp;zum Gel&auml;nde und&nbsp;keine Erstattung&nbsp;des Tickets. Bei strahlend blauem Himmel und Sonnenschein vergisst man ganz gern ein paar essentielle Dinge:&nbsp;

	<li>Bitte trinkt immer ausreichend Wasser, um eine Dehydrierung Eures K&ouml;rpers zu vermeiden. Sowohl tags&uuml;ber als auch nachts. Kostenloses Trinkwasser gibt es auf dem Festivalgel&auml;nde.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Cremt Euch ordentlich ein, mit einem hohen Sonnenschutzfaktor.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Tragt&nbsp;bei zu intensiver Sonne einen Sonnenhut bzw. eine Kopfbedeckung sowie leichte Bekleidung, die die Haut bedeckt.&nbsp;</li>

Bitte sucht bei einem Gewitter&nbsp;die&nbsp;gesch&uuml;tzte Bereiche&nbsp;auf. Diese findet Ihr vorab im Lageplan. Bitte achtet aufeinander und unterst&uuml;tzt Euch gegenseitig!

B&auml;ume und &Auml;ste meiden&nbsp;


Bitte haltet Abstand von B&auml;umen und bewaldeten Fl&auml;chen: Blitze k&ouml;nnen in B&auml;ume einschlagen, &Auml;ste k&ouml;nnen abbrechen, herunterfallen und zu Verletzungen f&uuml;hren.&nbsp;

Meidet Erh&ouml;hungen, sucht Vertiefungen im Boden&nbsp;


Schafft Ihr es nicht rechtzeitig, einen sichern Unterschlupf zu finden, dann beachtet Folgendes:&nbsp;&nbsp;

	<li>Meidet Erh&ouml;hungen bzw. die h&ouml;chsten Punkte in der Umgebung: Blitze suchen sich immer den h&ouml;chsten Punkt in der Umgebung&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Wenn m&ouml;glich, dann sucht eine Mulde bzw. Vertiefungen im Boden auf und geht mit verschlossenen F&uuml;&szlig;en in die Hocke&nbsp;</li>

Aufbauten auf dem Gel&auml;nde&nbsp;


Meidet die N&auml;he zu jeglichen Aufbauten, wie zum Beispiel Lichtmasten, Infot&uuml;rme usw. auf dem Festivalgel&auml;nde. Nat&uuml;rlich halten wir s&auml;mtliche Sicherheitsvorschriften ein und alle Aufbauten sind von den zust&auml;ndigen Beh&ouml;rden abgenommen worden, aber ein Restrisiko bleibt dennoch immer bestehen. Das gilt auch f&uuml;r Gro&szlig;zelte, in denen&nbsp;wir verschiedene Services anbieten: bei Sturm und Gewitter bitten wir Euch diese umgehend zu verlassen, zumal diese in der Regel zuerst geschlossen werden.&nbsp;

Bitte meidet bei Gewitter jegliche Form von metallenen Leitungen sowie Z&auml;une.&nbsp;

<h3>FEUER &amp; BR&Auml;NDE</h3>

So sch&ouml;n Lagerfeuerromantik auch sein mag, offene Feuer sind auf dem gesamten Festivalgel&auml;nde untersagt. Durch trockenes Klima und Funkenflug kann es sehr schnell zu Br&auml;nden kommen.&nbsp;&nbsp;

	Solltet Ihr offene Feuer, wie Lagerfeuer, bemerken, dann meldet das bitte bei den Ordnern.&nbsp;

	<li>Sollte es zu einem Brand kommen, dann beachtet bitte die eigene Sicherheit zuerst, bewahrt Ruhe und handelt entschlossen.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Wenn Ihr bei der 112 oder bei den Ordnern einen Brand meldet, dann stellt Euch bitte auf folgende Fragen ein:&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Wo brennt es?&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Was brennt?&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Gibt es Verletzte? Wenn ja, wie viele?&nbsp;</li>

Im Fall einer extremen Unwetterlage behalten wir uns aus Sicherheitsgr&uuml;nden vor, das Festivalgel&auml;nde zu evakuieren bzw. versp&auml;tet zu &ouml;ffnen. Sollte es zu einer solchen Situation kommen, bitten wir Euch unbedingt:&nbsp;

<h3>MiniBloom (in Kooperation mit Lilalu)</h3>

Das Superbloom ist ein Festival f&uuml;r Gro&szlig; und Klein. Sprich, auch die kleinsten Fans und Rockstars von morgen sind bei uns herzlich willkommen. Nicht nur im Kidsparadies MiniBloom, wo Euch Musik, Tanz, Zaubereien und viele &Uuml;berraschungen mehr erwarten. Auf dem gesamten Gel&auml;nde wird es viel zu entdecken geben. Im Folgenden ein paar Informationen und Tipps f&uuml;r Euch, liebe Familien.&nbsp;

In diesem Jahr findet das&nbsp;Minibloom in Kooperation mit Lilalu, dem Ferienprogramm der Johanniter, statt. Es befindet sich nicht direkt, sondern angrenzend an das SUPERBLOOM Gel&auml;nde, auf der Lilalu Fl&auml;che, die f&uuml;r alle &ouml;ffentlich zug&auml;nglich ist. Der Durchgang zum Festivalgel&auml;nde ist jedoch nur mit Festivalb&auml;ndchen passierbar.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Das MiniBloom hat von&nbsp;10 Uhr bis 19 Uhr ge&ouml;ffnet.

<h3>TICKETS</h3>

Alle BesucherInnen&nbsp;ben&ouml;tigen ein eigenes Ticket. Dies gilt auch f&uuml;r Kleinkinder.&nbsp;F&uuml;r den Check In ben&ouml;tigt Ihr Eltern Euer ausgedrucktes Ticket und Euren Ausweis (Personalausweis/Reisepass). Bitte achtet bei den Erwachsenen-Tickets auf die korrekte Ticketpersonalisierung und einen Nachweis bzw. Ausweis um das Alter Eurer Kinder zu pr&uuml;fen.

<h3>JUGENDSCHUTZ</h3>

Alle BesucherInnen&nbsp;ben&ouml;tigen ein eigenes Ticket. Dies gilt auch f&uuml;r Kinder.

Auf dem Festivalgel&auml;nde gelten die Bestimmungen des Gesetzes zum Schutz der Jugend in der &Ouml;ffentlichkeit.

&nbsp;

Kinder unter 6 Jahren haben kein Zutritt zum Festival, auch nicht, wenn sie in Begleitung von Erziehungsberechtigten oder erziehungsbeauftragten Personen sind.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Kinder und Jugendliche zwischen dem 6. bis vollendetem 14. Lebensjahr d&uuml;rfen nur in Begleitung einer personensorgeberechtigten oder einer erziehungsbeauftragten Person eingelassen werden.

&nbsp;

Jugendliche ab dem 16. Lebensjahr d&uuml;rfen ohne Begleitung personen-sorgeberechtigter oder erziehungsbeauftragter Personen eingelassen werden.&nbsp;In Zweifelsf&auml;llen ist der Zutritt von der Vorlage von Ausweispapieren abh&auml;ngig zu machen. Die Erziehungsbeauftragung ist im Zweifelsfall nachzuweisen.

&nbsp;

Eine erziehungsbeauftragte Person ist jede Person &uuml;ber 18 Jahren, soweit sie auf Dauer oder zeitweise aufgrund einer Vereinbarung mit der personensorgeberechtigten Person (in der Regel die Eltern) Erziehungsaufgaben wahrnimmt oder soweit sie ein Kind oder eine jugendliche Person im Rahmen der Ausbildung oder der Jugendhilfe betreut.

Jugendliche ab 16 Jahren d&uuml;rfen alkoholische Getr&auml;nke in Form von Bier, Wein und Schaumweinen konsumieren, KEINE harten Alkoholika auch in Form von Longdrinks, Cocktails, etc. Kindern und Jugendlichen unter 18 Jahren ist das Rauchen nicht gestattet.&nbsp;

Personen, bei denen Altersgrenzen zu beachten sind, haben ihr Lebensalter auf Verlangen gegen&uuml;ber dem Veranstalter in geeigneter Weise nachzuweisen. Der Veranstalter wird in Zweifelsf&auml;llen die Berechtigung &uuml;berpr&uuml;fen.

Allgemeines

Das Superbloom Festival ist ein Event, welches f&uuml;r alle Menschen gleicherma&szlig;en offen sein soll. Wir bem&uuml;hen uns gemeinsam mit Inklusion Muss Laut Sein Barrieren und H&uuml;rden f&uuml;r Besucher und Besucherinnen mit den unterschiedlichsten Behinderungen abzubauen. Dieses bezieht sich nicht nur auf das Gel&auml;nde, sondern auch auf das gemeinsame Erleben des Festivals. Neben den &uuml;blichen Ma&szlig;nahmen setzen wir vom Superbloom Festival j&auml;hrlich ein Extra-Schwerpunktthema um.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Gel&auml;nde

Das Superbloom Festival findet im Olympiapark M&uuml;nchen statt, die Veranstaltungsfl&auml;che ist hierbei eben und mit dem Rollstuhl gut nutzbar. Die Zugangswege zum Gel&auml;nde sind ebenfalls gut zu nutzen. Nicht alle Zuwegungen des Olympiaparks sind eben angelegt, so weisen viele Stellen au&szlig;erhalb des Veranstaltungsgel&auml;ndes Steigungen und Gef&auml;lle auf, diese sind ohne Hilfe oder E-Antrieb schwierig zu &uuml;berwinden.

&nbsp;

Hilfe vor Ort

Den Besucherinnen und Besuchern des Superbloom Festivals steht vor Ort das Service Team Inklusion unterst&uuml;tzend zur Seite. Sollte eine Information gebraucht werden oder eine helfende Hand, so findet ihr die freundlichen BUDDIES von Inklusion Muss Laut Sein an 2 festen Standorten (Karte). Zudem werden die Helfer und Helferinnen f&uuml;r euch auf dem Gel&auml;nde unterwegs sein, ihr erkennt sie an den gr&uuml;nen Westen. Auch an den Podesten der B&uuml;hnen werdet ihr regelm&auml;&szlig;ig auf die BUDDIES treffen.

Anmeldung von Medikamenten

Solltet ihr Medikamente, die k&uuml;hl gelagert werden m&uuml;ssen mit auf das Festival Gel&auml;nde bringen, meldet diese bitte fr&uuml;hzeitig an, so dass wir die n&ouml;tigen Gegebenheiten daf&uuml;r schaffen k&ouml;nnen. Anmelden k&ouml;nnt ihr eure Hilfsmittel unter&nbsp;<a href="mailto:barrierefrei@superbloom.de">barrierefrei@superbloom.de.</a>&nbsp;Im Falle von Diabetes d&uuml;rft ihr euren Pen mit auf das Gel&auml;nde nehmen. Weist bitte die Security darauf hin, dass ihr den Pen ben&ouml;tigt, nicht jeder / jede ist mit dem Thema vertraut.

Bei verschreibungspflichtigen Medikamenten, die unter das Bet&auml;ubungsmittelgesetz&nbsp;&nbsp;fallen (Cannabis) bringt bitte eine Verordnung von eurem behandelnden Arzt mit.

Sanit&auml;ranlagen

Rollstuhlgerechte Toiletten befinden sich an mehreren Stellen auf dem Veranstaltungsgel&auml;nde. Diese sind in dem Gel&auml;ndeplan eingezeichnet, der kurz vor dem Festival ver&ouml;ffentlicht wird.&nbsp;W&auml;hrend des Festivals findet Ihr Schilder mit Wegbeschreibungen auf dem Gel&auml;nde. Zudem k&ouml;nnt ihr jederzeit die Helfer und Helferinnen des Service Teams Inklusion nach dem Weg fragen.

Im Notfall

Sollte es dir nicht gut gehen oder du dich unwohl f&uuml;hlen, so sind auf dem Gel&auml;nde Sanit&auml;ter und Sanit&auml;terinnen ansprechbar. Auch die Security und das Service Team Inklusion k&ouml;nnen im Falle einer medizinischen Notlage angesprochen werden, sie werden dann alles veranlassen, damit dir schnell und sicher geholfen wird.

Ticketkauf

F&uuml;r den Besuch des Superbloom Festival ben&ouml;tigt ihr ein ganz normales Ticket. Solltet ihr im Besitz eines Schwerbehindertenausweises mit dem Merkzeichen &bdquo;B&ldquo;, &bdquo;Bl&ldquo; oder &bdquo;H&ldquo; sein,&nbsp;d&uuml;rft ihr eine Begleitperson kostenlos mit auf das Festival nehmen &ndash; diese ben&ouml;tigt kein extra Ticket.

Informationen zu Speisen und Getr&auml;nken

&nbsp;

Getr&auml;nkekarten werden in Blindenschrift verf&uuml;gbar sein. Diese Karten werden f&uuml;r Euch an den jeweiligen St&auml;nden am Tresen befestigt sein oder auf Wunsch an Euch ausgeh&auml;ndigt.&nbsp;

Die Speisekarten werden wir mittels eines QR-Codes an den St&auml;nden f&uuml;r Menschen mit Sehbeeintr&auml;chtigung online verf&uuml;gbar machen.&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Informationen f&uuml;r geh&ouml;rlose Besucher*innen

Bei Wortbeitr&auml;gen und Panels werden Geb&auml;rdendolmetscher und Dolmetscherinnen auf der B&uuml;hne sein. Es ist uns hierbei besonders wichtig, dass dieses Muttersprachler und Muttersprachlerinnen sind, die die Community der Geh&ouml;rlosen repr&auml;sentieren.

Sollten wir in diesem Jahr nicht mit gen&uuml;gend Muttersprachlern zusammenarbeiten k&ouml;nnen, so stocken wir mit h&ouml;renden Dolmetschern und Dolmetscherinnen auf. Trotzdem ist unser erkl&auml;rtes Ziel, diese sch&ouml;ne Sprache und deren Vermittlung, in den kommenden Jahren vollst&auml;ndig durch nativ Speaker abzudecken.

Solltet ihr keine eigene Begleitperson haben, die mit euch zum Superbloom Festival gehen m&ouml;chte, bietet euch Inklusion Muss Laut Sein die M&ouml;glichkeit einen kostenlosen &bdquo;BUDDIE&ldquo; als

In den kommenden Wochen und während des Festivals könnt Ihr Euch auf zahlreiche rot- wei&szlig;e Überraschungen freuen. So wird die&nbsp;Initiative Rot gegen Rassismus, die im März 2020 vom FC Bayern gestartet wurde,&nbsp;in unserem diesjährigen Festivalprogramm inkludiert. Das Ziel der Initiative ist es, intern und extern zu wirken, um eine klare Haltung für Vielfalt zu zeigen und zu leben &ndash; und spiegelt so genau unsere Werte wider.

Es ist offiziell&nbsp;&mdash;&nbsp;Peter Fox is back&nbsp;und gibt uns beim SUPERBLOOM Festival im Olympiapark die Ehre!

13 lange Jahre mussten wir auf diesen Moment warten,&nbsp;denn nachdem der Berliner mit seinem Deb&uuml;t-Album &bdquo;Stadtaffe&ldquo; nicht nur Chart-Rekorde gebrochen, sondern auch die deutsche Musik-Szene nachhaltig gepr&auml;gt hat, pausierte er sein Soloprojekt wieder.

Obwohl der &quot;Alles Neu&quot;-S&auml;nger in der zwischen Zeit weiterhin mit seiner&nbsp;Reggae und Dancehall-Group Seeed unterwegs war, hofften Fans trotzdem immer wieder auf ein Solo-Comeback.&nbsp;

Die W&uuml;nsche wurden jetzt erh&ouml;rt, denn im November kehrte Peter Fox mit seiner neuen Single &bdquo;Zukunft Pink&ldquo; zur&uuml;ck und dominierte sofort erneut die Charts.&nbsp;

Bis zu 30 NGOs, Initiativen, Institutionen und Startups pr&auml;sentieren Euch ihre Visionen, Aktivit&auml;ten und Projekte und bringen Euch durch spannende Workshops, sportliche Angebote und mitrei&szlig;ende Aktionen zum Nachdenken.&nbsp;

Ob auf den charmanten Stegen im See, gem&uuml;tlich in den Sitzs&auml;cken des saftigen Gr&uuml;ns oder als Zwischenstopp w&auml;hrend eurer Erkundungstouren durch unsere Experience Areas &ndash; hier gibt es die M&ouml;glichkeit in die Weinwelt abzutauchen. Sant&egrave;!

Direkt neben dem Olympiaberg bietet die Super Stage genug Platz f&uuml;r den besten und gr&ouml;&szlig;ten Chor M&uuml;nchens: Euch!&nbsp;Singt mit Euren Lieblingsk&uuml;nstler:innen, eskaliert im Moshpit und genie&szlig;t das Miteinander. Spielen, Tanzen, Toben &amp; Basteln &mdash; In der magischen Welt des&nbsp;MiniBlooms&nbsp;erwarten unsere kleinsten Festivalfans von 6 bis 12 Jahren viele abwechslungsreiche Spielstationen und &Uuml;berraschungen! 
 
In diesem Jahr findet das&nbsp;Minibloom in Kooperation mit Lilalu, dem Ferienprogramm der Johanniter, statt. Es befindet sich nicht direkt, sondern angrenzend an das SUPERBLOOM Gel&auml;nde, auf der Lilalu Fl&auml;che, die f&uuml;r alle &ouml;ffentlich zug&auml;nglich ist. Der Durchgang zum Festivalgel&auml;nde ist jedoch nur mit Festivalb&auml;ndchen passierbar.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Das MiniBloom hat von&nbsp;10 Uhr bis 19 Uhr ge&ouml;ffnet. 
 
Die musikalischen Acts findet Ihr auf dem SUPERBLOOM Gel&auml;nde im <a href="https://superbloom.de/experience#spectacular">Spectacular</a>.&nbsp;Der genaue Timetable wird hierf&uuml;r ein paar Wochen vor dem Festival ver&ouml;ffentlicht.&nbsp;

<h1>GEWINNSPIELE</h1>

Gewinnspiel&nbsp;Teilnahmebedingungen 
 
Die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel vom Superbloom Festival, nachfolgend Betreiber oder Veranstalter genannt richtet sich ausschlie&szlig;lich nach diesen Teilnahmebedingungen.

Teilnahmezeitraum 
Die Dauer des Gewinnspiels erstreckt sich auf den Teilnahmezeitraum vom 23.12.2023 bis zum 31.12.2023, 23:59 Uhr.

Die Teilnahme ist nur innerhalb des Teilnahmezeitraums m&ouml;glich. Nach Teilnahmeschluss eingehende Teilnahmeerkl&auml;rungen werden bei der Auslosung nicht ber&uuml;cksichtigt.

Teilnahmeberechtigte 
Teilnahmeberechtigt sind nat&uuml;rliche Personen, die das 14. Lebensjahr vollendet haben. Sollte ein Teilnehmer in seiner Gesch&auml;ftsf&auml;higkeit eingeschr&auml;nkt sein, bedarf es der Einwilligung seines gesetzlichen Vertreters. Nicht teilnahmeberechtigt am Gewinnspiel sind alle an der Konzeption und Umsetzung des Gewinnspiels beteiligten Personen und Mitarbeiter des Betreibers sowie ihre Familienmitglieder. Zudem beh&auml;lt sich der Betreiber vor, nach eigenem Ermessen Personen von der Teilnahme auszuschlie&szlig;en, wenn berechtigte Gr&uuml;nde vorliegen, beispielsweise bei Manipulationen im Zusammenhang mit Zugang zum oder Durchf&uuml;hrung des Gewinnspiels oder bei Verst&ouml;&szlig;en gegen diese Teilnahmebedingungen.

Gewinn 
Folgende Preise werden an die Teilnehmer*innen des Gewinnspiels verlost:

Benachrichtigung und &Uuml;bermittlung des Gewinns 
Die Ermittlung der Gewinner*innen erfolgt im Rahmen einer auf dem Zufallsprinzip beruhenden Verlosung unter allen Teilnehmern. Die Gewinner*innen der Verlosung werden zeitnah &uuml;ber eine gesonderte Nachricht &uuml;ber den Gewinn informiert. Die &Uuml;bermittlung des Gewinns erfolgt ausschlie&szlig;lich an die Gewinner*innen oder an den gesetzlichen Vertreter des/der minderj&auml;hrigen Gewinner*in. Ein Umtausch, eine Selbstabholung sowie eine Barauszahlung des Gewinns sind nicht m&ouml;glich. Eventuell f&uuml;r den Versand der Gewinne anfallende Kosten &uuml;bernimmt der Betreiber. Mit der Inanspruchnahme des Gewinns verbundene Zusatzkosten gehen zu Lasten des/der Gewinner*in. F&uuml;r eine etwaige Versteuerung des Gewinns ist der/die Gewinner*in selbst verantwortlich. Meldet sich der/die Gewinner*in nach zweifacher Aufforderung innerhalb einer Frist von 3 Wochen nicht, kann der Gewinn auf einen anderen Teilnehmer &uuml;bertragen werden.&nbsp;

Beendigung des Gewinnspiels 
Der Veranstalter beh&auml;lt sich ausdr&uuml;cklich das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel ohne vorherige Ank&uuml;ndigung und ohne Mitteilung von Gr&uuml;nden zu beenden. Dies gilt insbesondere f&uuml;r jegliche Gr&uuml;nde, die einen planm&auml;&szlig;igen Ablauf des Gewinnspiels st&ouml;ren oder verhindern w&uuml;rden.

Datenschutz 
F&uuml;r die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist die Angabe von pers&ouml;nlichen Daten notwendig. Der/der Teilnehmer*in versichert, dass die von ihm gemachten Angaben zur Person, insbesondere Vor-, Nachname und Emailadresse wahrheitsgem&auml;&szlig; und richtig sind. Der Veranstalter weist darauf hin, dass s&auml;mtliche personenbezogenen Daten des/der Teilnehmer*in ohne Einverst&auml;ndnis weder an Dritte weitergegeben noch diesen zur Nutzung &uuml;berlassen werden. Im Falle eines Gewinns, erkl&auml;rt sich der/die Teilnehmer*in und Gewinner*in mit der Ver&ouml;ffentlichung seines Namens und Wohnorts in den vom Veranstalter genutzten Werbemedien einverstanden. Dies schlie&szlig;t die Bekanntgabe des/der Gewinner*in auf der Webseite des Betreibers und seinen Social Media Plattformen mit ein. Der/die Teilnehmer*in kann seine erkl&auml;rte Einwilligung jederzeit widerrufen. Der Widerruf ist schriftlich an den Veranstalter via&nbsp;<a href="mailto:info@superbloom.de">info@superbloom.de</a>&nbsp;zu richten. Nach Widerruf der Einwilligung werden die erhobenen und gespeicherten personenbezogenen Daten des/der Teilnehmer*in umgehend gel&ouml;scht.

Anwendbares Recht und Betreiber 
Fragen oder Beanstandungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Gewinnspiel sind an den Betreiber zu richten&nbsp;<a href="mailto:info@superbloom.de">info@superbloom.de</a>. Das Gewinnspiel des Betreibers unterliegt ausschlie&szlig;lich dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.

Salvatorische Klausel 
Sollte eine Bestimmung dieser Teilnahmebedingungen ganz oder teilweise unwirksam sein oder werden, so wird dadurch die G&uuml;ltigkeit dieser Teilnahmebedingungen im &Uuml;brigen nicht ber&uuml;hrt. Statt der unwirksamen Bestimmung gilt diejenige gesetzlich zul&auml;ssige Regelung, die dem in der unwirksamen Bestimmung zum Ausdruck gekommenen Sinn und Zweck wirtschaftlich am n&auml;chsten kommt. Entsprechendes gilt f&uuml;r den Fall des Vorliegens einer Regelungsl&uuml;cke in diesen Teilnahmebedingungen.
