Malt, hops, water, and yeast — is that all? Learn the arts of brewing and take a look behind the scenes of the Bavarian beer tradition. Students at the Chair of Brewing and Beverage Technology Weihenstephan will show you the science behind beer production and give you an insight into the world of sensors with various smell and taste samples from the beer sector. In addition to brewing and beverage technology, there are other exciting study programs in life sciences, for example, agricultural sciences or nutritional sciences at the TUM School of Life Sciences.
