    Dear SUPERBLOOM visitors & supporters,

    until the very end, we’ve hoped to finally be able to celebrate the premiere of our SUPERBLOOM with you this summer. Unfortunately, we have to inform you that the SUPERBLOOM festival 2021 cannot take place and will be postponed to September 3 & 4, 2022.

    This decision saddens us incredibly. We can hardly believe it ourselves as we can’t wait to finally show you the unique world of our SUPERBLOOM.

    In the following section, we have gathered the most common questions regarding the postponement to the coming year. Feel free to reach out via Social Media or mail if you still have any questions. In the meantime: Take care of yourself, watch out for each other and stay safe!

    When will SUPERBLOOM return in 2022?   

    We will finally see you next September — that’s for sure! Our first SUPERBLOOM will be held on September 3 & 4, 2022 at Munich Olympic Park and Olympic Stadium.

     

    What does the situation mean for you as a promoter?  

    The cancellation for 2020, as well as the postponement this year, not only cuts us to the quick but of course financially. With the early postponement into next year, we hope for an early planning security for us and all involved partners. If you keep your tickets or buy them early, you will help us enormously. Therefore, we would like to take this opportunity to say a huge THANK YOU for all your support. <3 We promise you that we will not lose heart and will continue to put our full passion into SUPERBLOOM – even more into the already unforgettable edition of 2022!

     

    Tickets

    What about my tickets?  

    Your ticket for SUPERBLOOM 2021 is automatically valid for SUPERBLOOM 2022. You can just sit back and relax and do not have to do anything. We would be happy if you would transfer to this year to go crazy with us. Transferring your ticket not only secures you a massive thank you from us but also helps us immensely and gives us and our artists the best planning security we could wish for in this situation.  

    If you can’t be with us during SUPERBLOOM 2022 or applied for a voucher in 2020, you can request a refund up until December 31st, 2021.   

    This also applies to tickets from 2020 and all vouchers that have already been requested. The refund can therefore already be claimed before 01.01.2022.


    Refund via TixforGigs 
     

    If you purchased your ticket via TixforGigs or directly on our website, every ticket holder can request a refund by mail. Please contact support@tixforgigs.com with your order number.


    Refund via Ticketmaster 
     

    If you purchased your ticket via Ticketmaster, you can only apply for the refund if you are the ticket buyer. Refunds also only are possible per purchase order, which means you can only refund all the tickets you’ve bought with your account and not select certain ones.

    I still have a non-exchanged ticket from 2020, how about those? 

    Attention: Tickets from 2020 do not automatically remain valid. If you haven’t changed your ticket from 2020 yet, you can transfer the ticket directly to 2022 via your TixforGigs account or Ticketmaster or request a refund.

     

                 Transfer to 2022 via TixforGigs:  

    If you have purchased your ticket on our website or directly via TixforGigs, every ticket buyer can easily transfer the tickets by logging in via your TixforGigs account. Then, please select your ticket and then the ticket swap option.  

    If you have received your ticket from friends via the transfer function, please create a TixforGigs account and use the email address to which the ticket was shared; please go to www.tixforgigs.com and click on the menu icon on the top right and then on “register”.  

    The next steps are then identical: Just log in to TixforGigs and choose the option to transfer the ticket to this year in your TixforGigs account. 

     

                 Transfer to 2022 via Ticketmaster:  

    If you purchased your ticket through Ticketmaster, please contact info@ticketmaster.de with your order number. Only ticket buyers will have the possibility to choose between both options. So, if you didn’t buy your ticket through Ticketmaster yourself, please contact the person who did.  


    Can I simply transfer or sell my ticket to my friends instead?  

    Yes, you can find all information about this in our Ticket-FAQs under “Transfer” and “Resale“, as soon as the resale is available.

     

    When do you expect to announce info on the lineup and the pre-sale?  

    Our team is already working at full speed to share the first artists and info for 2022 with you as soon as possible and we always have your requests in mind. We really want to fulfill your wishes to book as many artists of the 2020 and 2021 lineup as possible. Due to various factors such as touring periods, entry regulations, and last but not least, to be able to bring you a fresh and up-to-date program on stage, the lineup will inevitably change compared to 2020 or 2021 – stay tuned!

    We will also inform you as soon as possible about the pre-sale for 2022. Please note that we are not yet able to provide any information on possible hygiene regulations. It is simply too early for that, but we will inform you in time.

     

    Why doesn’t SUPERBLOOM simply take place at a later date?

    The developments around the pandemic simply do not provide a secure basis for postponing SUPERBLOOM in its original form even beyond the summer. We want our festival to blossom to its full extent, including all experience areas as well as a strong and international lineup. The safety and health of all our visitors, artists, and crews are always our top priority. Due to a lack of planning certainty for large-scale events, we can’t meet our goals. Also due to the availability of artists, applicable quarantine regulations and restricted freedom of travel, a postponement to a later date this year is therefore out of the question.

     

    I have already incurred travel/accommodation costs – what can I do? 

    Unfortunately, we cannot take care of services booked with third parties, such as travel and accommodation costs. This also applies to official partners Leonardo Hotels, Living Hostels and Stay 22. However, we recommend that you contact the respective provider directly to find out about reimbursement possibilities.
