<h3>Teilnahmebedingungen</h3>

1. Veranstalter dieser Verlosung ist die Superbloom Festival GmbH &amp; Co. KG, Pfuelstra&szlig;e 5, 10997 Berlin,

Deutschland (im Folgenden: &bdquo;Superbloom&ldquo; oder &quot;Veranstalter&quot;).

2. Mit der Teilnahme an der Verlosung akzeptieren die Teilnehmer/innen diese Teilnahmebedingungen.

3. Teilnahmeberechtigt sind natürliche Personen mit Wohnsitz in Deutschland, &Ouml;sterreich und der Schweiz, die bei

ihrer Teilnahme an der Verlosung mindestens 18 Jahre alt sind. Es ist pro Teilnehmer/in nur eine Teilnahme

m&ouml;glich. Gesetzliche Vertreter und MitarbeiterInnen des Veranstalters und der rechtlich verbundenen

Unternehmen sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen. Jeder Teilnehmer kann nur im eigenen Namen

teilnehmen.

4. Die Teilnahme ist ab dem 26. August 2023, 18:00 Uhr bis zum 31. August 2023, 23:59 Uhr m&ouml;glich. Teilnehmen kann jede/r, der/die w&auml;hrend des Teilnahmezeitraums das Quiz-Tool von Superbloom 2023 pr&auml;sentiert von der Allianz vollst&auml;ndig beantwortet und die am Ende des Quiz abgefragten Daten eingibt.

5. Unter den Teilnehmer/innen wird von Goodlive ein/e Teilnehmer/in als Gewinner nach dem Zufallsprinzip ausgelost, die/der zwei 2-Tages-Tickets (GA) f&uuml;r das Superbloom 2023 (die &bdquo;Veranstaltung&ldquo;) erh&auml;lt. Die ausgelosten Teilnehmer/innen werden am 01. September 2023 per E-Mail benachrichtigt und gebeten, sich bis einschlie&szlig;lich 1. September 2023, 18:00 Uhr, bei Good Live per E-Mail mit Namen, Adresse und ggf. f&uuml;r die Ticket&uuml;bermittlung zu nutzende E-Mail-Adresse zur&uuml;ckzumelden. Erfolgt binnen dieser Frist keine oder nur eine unvollst&auml;ndige R&uuml;ckmeldung, verf&auml;llt der Anspruch auf den Gewinn und es wird ein neuer Gewinner ermittelt.

6. S&auml;mtliche Kosten, die nicht ausdrücklicher Bestandteil der Tickets sind, tr&auml;gt allein der/die Teilnehmer/in

(insbesondere, nicht aber ausschlie&szlig;lich, Telefonkosten etc.). Eine etwa erforderliche An- und/oder Rückreise

und/oder &Uuml;bernachtung organisiert der/die Teilnehmer/in auf eigene Kosten selbst. Der Veranstalter gibt

keinerlei Garantien oder Zusagen im Hinblick auf die Art, Qualit&auml;t oder Eignung der Preise. Der Preis kann von

einem im Gewinnspiel etwa dargestellten Bild abweichen. Eine Barauszahlung der Ticketwerte bzw. ein

Umtausch der Tickets ist nicht m&ouml;glich. Der Anspruch aus der Verlosung ist nicht übertragbar. Der Rechtsweg

ist ausgeschlossen.

7. Sollte die Veranstaltung im Jahr 2023 nicht stattfinden, behalten wir uns das Recht vor, die angekündigten

Gewinne auszutauschen und durch andere gleichwertige Gewinne und Preise zu ersetzen, den jeweiligen

Spielablauf zu &auml;ndern oder das Gewinnspiel insgesamt abzusagen. Evtl. bereits ermittelten Gewinnern stehen

in diesen F&auml;llen keinerlei Ansprüche gegen den Veranstalter oder gegen rechtlich verbundene Unternehmen

zu.

8. Der Veranstalter haftet unbeschr&auml;nkt bei der Verletzung von Leben, K&ouml;rper und/oder Gesundheit sowie bei der

Verletzung einer wesentlichen Vertragspflicht (auch: &bdquo;Kardinalpflicht&ldquo;). Im &Uuml;brigen haftet der Veranstalter nur für

solche Sch&auml;den, die von dem Veranstalter oder einem seiner gesetzlichen Vertreter oder Erfüllungsgehilfen

vors&auml;tzlich oder grob fahrl&auml;ssig verursacht wurden. Die vorstehende Haftungsbeschr&auml;nkung gilt insbesondere,

nicht aber ausschlie&szlig;lich, für Sch&auml;den durch Fehler, Verz&ouml;gerungen oder Unterbrechungen in der &Uuml;bermittlung

von Daten o. &auml;., bei St&ouml;rungen der technischen Anlagen oder des Services, unrichtige Inhalte, Verlust oder

L&ouml;schung von Daten, Viren. Für Sach- und/oder Rechtsm&auml;ngel an den Tickets haftet der Veranstalter nicht. Auch

im Falle der Besch&auml;digung oder des Verlustes der Tickets auf dem Postweg oder des Nichterhalts von E-Mails

übernimmt der Veranstalter keine Haftung. Die Bestimmungen des Produkthaftungsgesetzes bleiben unberührt.

Im Haftungsfall beschr&auml;nkt sich die Haftung des Veranstalters in der H&ouml;he auf einen bei Zeitpunkt der Teilnahme

typischerweise vorhersehbaren Schaden.

9. Die von Teilnehmer/innen übermittelten personenbezogenen Daten werden ausschlie&szlig;lich für Zwecke dieser

Verlosung verwendet. Nach Ende der Verlosung werden s&auml;mtliche von dem Veranstalter gespeicherten

personenbezogenen Daten der Teilnehmer/innen gel&ouml;scht. Es gelten unsere Datenschutzbestimmungen. Für

den Fall, dass die Zurverfügungstellung der Tickets über Dritte abgewickelt wird, ist der Veranstalter berechtigt,

die Kontaktdaten des/der Teilnehmer/in dem jeweiligen Dritten mitzuteilen, damit die jeweiligen Tickets zur

Verfügung gestellt werden k&ouml;nnen.

10. Der Veranstalter beh&auml;lt sich das Recht vor, diese Teilnahmebedingungen jederzeit ohne vorherige Ankündigung

zu &auml;ndern und/oder die Verlosung aus wichtigem Grund zu beenden. Ein wichtiger Grund liegt insbesondere

vor, wenn eine ordnungsgem&auml;&szlig;e Durchführung aus technischen oder rechtlichen Gründen nicht gew&auml;hrleistet

werden kann oder irgendwelche Schwierigkeiten auftreten, die die Integrit&auml;t der Verlosung gef&auml;hrden. Dem/Der

Teilnehmer/in stehen in einem solchen Fall keinerlei Ansprüche gegen den Veranstalter zu.

11. Die Durchführung dieser Verlosung begründet keine Verpflichtung des Veranstalters, eine vergleichbare

Verlosung regelm&auml;&szlig;ig durchzuführen. Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.

12. Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser Teilnahmebedingungen ungültig sein oder werden, bleibt die Gültigkeit

der übrigen Bedingungen unberührt. An ihre Stelle tritt eine angemessene Regelung, die dem Zweck der

unwirksamen Bestimmung am ehesten entspricht. Es gilt deutsches Recht.

<h3>MEDICAL CARE</h3>

On the festival area there will be paramedics on duty, who will take care of you in case of emergency. Please keep an eye out on the festival area for the medical tents and the corresponding signposting system. The exact location is marked on the site plan. If you need help, please contact the next steward/security! &nbsp;

If you are diabetic, please bring enough insulin and take care to eat the right food at the catering stands. We recommend that you notify us in advance if you are bringing your medication and that you use the barrier-free entrance so that you can check in without any problems.&nbsp;

Medical emergency&nbsp; 
In case of a medical emergency you can call 112, or go to the nearest steward. If it is a medical emergency, the paramedics on the premises will be alerted in parallel. If something seems strange to you, please do not hesitate to report it, even if you are not sure if it is really an emergency.&nbsp;

If you call 112 or report something to the paramedics, be prepared to answer the following questions:&nbsp;

	<li>Where is the patient?&nbsp;</li>
	<li>What has happened?&nbsp;</li>
	<li>How many people are injured?&nbsp;</li>
	<li>What injuries?&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Who reports (name is enough - the number gets the 112 automatically and cannot be suppressed!)?&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Wait for further inquiries!&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

 
Even without medical training you can help yourself afterwards: 
First pay attention to your own safety before you help others. If there is no danger for you, start to give first aid. Reassure - assist: Injured people are usually scared and need reassurance that help is on the way.&nbsp; 
Ask others to assist you and, if necessary, brief emergency services - an ambulance or team of paramedics will be on foot to you.&nbsp; 
Establish a visual screen so that the injured person does not feel that strangers are watching. This is an important issue for many injured people.

&nbsp;

<h3>TOGETHER</h3>

In order to make your visit to the festival a pleasant experience with lasting memories, we ask all festival visitors for tolerance, consideration, civil courage and help in emergencies. Everyone should make his or her personal contribution, because the safety and integrity of the festival visitors is above all. Therefore, the organizer and his authorized third parties have the domiciliary rights during the entire festival. The instructions of the organizer&#39;s security service must be followed.&nbsp; 
Persons wearing clothing with an inhuman, homophobic or right-wing extremist background will not be admitted to the festival grounds and will not receive a refund of their ticket. Persons who attract attention on the premises due to the above-mentioned statements or behavior will be immediately expelled from the premises without refund. &nbsp; 
 
Weather &amp; Storms:

Sun&nbsp; 
When the sky is blue and the sun is shining, it is easy to forget a few essential things:&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>Please always drink enough water to avoid dehydrating your body. Both during the day and at night. Free drinking water is available on the festival grounds. &nbsp;</li>
	<li>Put on a lot of sunscreen with a high sun protection factor.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Wear a sun hat or head covering if the sun is too intense, as well as light clothing that covers your skin.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

Rain&nbsp; 
Please check the weather forecast in the morning and dress according to the forecast.&nbsp;

Storm &amp; Thunderstorm&nbsp; 
Your safety is our first priority. In case of a storm or thunderstorm, please follow the instructions of the organizer and the stewards!&nbsp;

Behavior during thunderstorms&nbsp; 
In case of a thunderstorm, please seek sheltered areas. You will find them in the site plan. Please take care of each other and support each other!

Avoid trees and branches&nbsp; 
Please keep your distance from trees and wooded areas: Lightning can strike trees, branches can break off, fall down and cause injuries.&nbsp;

Avoid elevations, look for depressions in the ground 
If you do not manage to find a safe shelter in time, then consider the following: &nbsp;Avoid elevations or the highest points in the environment: Lightning always seeks the highest point in the environment.&nbsp; 
If possible, look for a hollow or depressions in the ground and crouch down with your feet locked.&nbsp;

Setups on the terrain&nbsp; 
Avoid the proximity of any superstructures, such as light poles, info towers, etc. on the festival grounds. Of course, we comply with all safety regulations and all structures have been approved by the relevant authorities, but a residual risk always remains. This also applies to large tents, in which we offer various services: in case of storms and thunderstorms, we ask you to leave them immediately, especially since they are usually closed first.&nbsp;

Metal lines, fences etc.&nbsp; 
Please avoid any kind of metal lines and fences during thunderstorms.

&nbsp;

<h3>FIRE</h3>

As beautiful as campfire romance may be, open fires are not allowed on the entire festival area. Dry climate and flying sparks can cause fires very quickly. &nbsp; 
If you notice open fires, like campfires, please report it to the stewards.&nbsp; 
If there is a fire, please consider your own safety first, keep calm and act decisively.&nbsp;

	<li>When you report a fire to 112 or to the stewards, please be prepared to answer the following questions:&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Where is the fire?&nbsp;</li>
	<li>What is burning?&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Are there injured? If so, how many?&nbsp;</li>
	<li>What are the injuries of those affected?&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Who reports the fire?&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Waiting for further inquiries!</li>
</ul>

<h3>FESTIVAL EVACUATION</h3>

In case of an extreme weather situation we reserve the right to evacuate the festival area or to open it with delay for safety reasons. Should such a situation occur, we ask you by all means:&nbsp;

<ul>
	<li>Follow the instructions and information of the organizer and the security forces and helpers.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Pay attention to your own safety, stay calm and act decisively.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Take care of your fellow human beings and other festival visitors: look out for each other and support each other.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Look for the nearest (emergency) exits, which will be indicated by the security forces if the area is evacuated.&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Keep yourself up to date via our official information and social media channels, but also via the law enforcement agencies</li>
</ul>

Safety

Superbloom is a festival for young and old. In other words, even the smallest fans and the rock stars of tomorrow are welcome here. Not only in the kids paradise MiniBloom, where music, dance, magic and many more surprises await you. There will be a lot to discover on the whole area. Here are a few information and tips for you, dear families.

<h3>Tickets</h3>

All visitors need their own ticket. The rule also applies to small children. Parents will need a printed ticket and valid ID (government-issued identity card/passport) to check in. Please make sure that adult tickets are personalised correctly and be ready to show proof of identity to verify the age of your children.

<h3>Entry</h3>

Please check in at the Family Counter only. Information about its location will follow shortly.

<h3>Controls</h3>

We ask for safety reasons that you avoid bringing large bags, prams or backpacks onto the premises. If you do so, please be prepared for a long search and inspection at the entrance.

Supervision

Your children must be supervised for the entire duration of the festival, even during the partly supervised games and workshops in the Children&rsquo;s Area. We do not provide child care.

Noise

Children&rsquo;s ears are very sensitive. Every child on the premises should have hearing protection with them and use it near the concert. 
We ask you to read our <a href="https://staging.superbloom.de/allgemeine-geschaeftsbedingungen/?lang=en" rel="noopener" target="_blank">Terms and Conditions</a> before heading out to the festival, particularly the parts concerning children. &nbsp;

Families

<h3>If you have experienced transgressive behavior or feel uncomfortable, ask our staff members or our awareness team &quot;Which way to Panama?&quot;. Tickets for SUPERBLOOM are available on our official website and through our official ticket partners DICE and Ticketmaster. Do not buy tickets through any other resale platforms. Only tickets bought directly via DICE or Ticketmaster are valid.

Important to know: 
DICE tickets can be purchased through the DICE app or the DICE website. However, you will need the app as soon as you go to the festival to download your tickets and have them scanned at the entrance. 
First step: 
Select the ticket category you want (2-Day Tickets, Next Generation or Kids Tickets) in our ticket store. Click on &quot;More Info&quot; to get more information about each category. 
Second step: 
Now select the desired number of tickets you need from a category. For 2-day tickets you have the choice between Regular, Comfort or Premium tickets. Tickets can only be selected from one category at a time. Then click on the button &quot;Checkout&quot;. 
Third step: 
In the next step, you select the payment method. You can choose between Giropay with EC &amp; Giro card, as well as Google/ Apple Pay, or payment via credit card with Visa, MasterCard and American Express. 
Fourth step: 
After you have completed the purchase, you will receive a confirmation to the email address you provided. If you purchased the ticket through the website, you will receive an additional reminder to download the DICE app. The ticket can only be activated shortly before the Superbloom, then the QR code will be shown to you. Please note: on the day of the festival you will need the DICE app, otherwise your ticket cannot be retrieved at the entrance control.

Day tickets entitle you to enter the festival area on the respective festival day. Day tickets will be available soon.&nbsp;

2-day tickets entitle you to enter the festival area on both festival days.&nbsp; 
Comfort ticket&nbsp; 
Comfort tickets entitle you to enter the festival area on both festival days. In addition, there are Fast-Lane Comfort entrances, access to the separate Comfort area including toilets, charging points and a Comfort checkroom.&nbsp; 
Premium Ticket&nbsp; 
Premium Tickets entitle you to enter the festival area on both festival days. In addition you get:&nbsp;

This ticket is limited, valid only for persons aged 6 to 15 years inclusive and only in connection with a valid identity card. The ticket holder must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times (or by a person who is responsible for the parent or guardian for the duration of the event).

FAQ Tickets

<h3>YOUTH PROTECTION</h3>

All visitors need their own ticket. This also applies to children.

The rules of the Law for the Protection of Minors in Public apply on the festival grounds.

&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Children under the age of 6 are not allowed to enter the festival, even if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.

&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Children and young people between the ages of 6 and 14 may only be admitted if accompanied by a person with a parent or guardian.

&nbsp;

&nbsp;

Adolescents over the age of 16 may be admitted without being accompanied by a person authorized to exercise custody or a person responsible for their upbringing. In cases of doubt, admission will be made on the basis of identification documents. In case of doubt, proof of parental authority must be provided.

A person with parental authority is any person over the age of 18 who performs parental duties on a permanent or temporary basis on the basis of an agreement with the person with parental authority (usually the parents) or supervises a child or young person in the context of education or youth welfare.

Adolescents over the age of 16 who are not accompanied by a person with legal guardianship or a person with parental authority are permitted access to the event until the end of the event. Parental guardians must carry written proof of their authorization. Adolescents over the age of 16 are allowed to consume alcoholic beverages in the form of beer, wine and sparkling wines, NO hard alcoholic beverages even in the form of long drinks, cocktails, etc. Children and teens under the age of 18 are not permitted to smoke.

Persons for whom age limits are to be followed must prove their age in a suitable manner to the organizer upon request. In case of doubt, the organizer will check the eligibility.

Youth Protection

General

The Superbloom Festival is an event that should be open to all people equally. We strive together with Inclusion Muss Laut Sein to break down barriers and hurdles for visitors with all kinds of disabilities. This refers not only to the area, but also to the common experience of the festival. In addition to the usual measures, we at Superbloom Festival implement an extra focus theme each year.&nbsp;

Terrain

The Superbloom Festival takes place in the Olympiapark Munich, the event area is flat and easy to use with a wheelchair. The access routes to the grounds are also easy to use. Not all access routes to the Olympic Park are level, so many places outside the event area have inclines and declines, these are difficult to overcome without assistance or e-drive.

Help on site

Visitors to the Superbloom Festival will be assisted on site by the Service Team Inclusion. If you need any information or a helping hand, you will find the friendly BUDDIES of Inklusion Muss Laut Sein at 2 fixed locations (map). In addition, the helpers will be on the road for you on the site, you can recognize them by the green vests. You will also regularly meet the BUDDIES at the podiums of the stages.

Registration of medicines

If you bring medicines that need to be stored in a cool place, please register them early so that we can create the necessary conditions. You can register your medication at <a href="mailto:barrierefrei@superbloom.de">barrierefrei@superbloom.de</a>. In case of diabetes you are allowed to bring your pen on the festival area. Please inform the security that you need the pen, not everyone is familiar with this topic.

For prescription medications that fall under the narcotics law (cannabis), please bring a prescription from your treating physician.

Sanitary facilities

Wheelchair accessible toilets are located in several places on the event site. These are marked on the site plan, which will be published shortly before the festival. During the festival you will find signs with directions on the grounds. You can also ask the helpers of the Service Team Inclusion for directions at any time.

In case of emergency

If you don&#39;t feel well, there will be paramedics available on the premises. Also the security and the Service Team Inclusion can be contacted in case of a medical emergency, they will then arrange everything so that you are helped quickly and safely.

Ticket purchase

To visit the Superbloom Festival you need a normal ticket. If you are in possession of a disabled person&#39;s pass with the sign &quot;B&quot;, &quot;Bl&quot; or &quot;H&quot;, you can take an accompanying person to the festival for free - this person does not need an extra ticket.

Food and beverage information

Drink tickets will be available in Braille. These cards will be attached to the counter for you at each booth or handed out to you upon request.&nbsp; 
We will make the menus available online for people with visual impairments by means of a QR code at the booths.&nbsp;

Information for deaf visitors

For spoken contributions and panels, sign language interpreters will be on stage. It is especially important to us that these are native speakers representing the deaf community.

If we are not able to work with enough native speakers this year, we will fill up with hearing interpreters. Nevertheless, our declared goal is to cover this beautiful language and its mediation, completely by native speakers in the coming years.

BUDDIE Service
